Service Requests
Service requests should be placed by designated Tenant Contacts via their Building Engines log-in. Building Engines allows Tenant Contacts to communicate directly to the building engineers, record comments, and track the status of requests.

Loading Dock & Deliveries
Tenants wishing to utilize the loading dock at 2600 Tower Oaks must schedule a time to do so outside of building hours. A loading dock reservation may be requested via Building Engines no later than 24 hours in advance of your desired schedule.

Tenants intending to have any outside contractors perform work in the building (movers, caterers, painters, etc.) must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance for the vendor. In order to be valid, the following entities must be named as Additional Insureds on the Certificate:

Access fobs and keys to the premises are carefully distributed and monitored. All the same, we advise that you do not permit any unfamiliar person to follow you into the building or any other secured area if they appear suspicious. Safeguard all personal belongings, even in individual offices. Report any suspect activity to the 2600 Tower Oaks Acquisitions, LLC Management Team immediately.
